Identity - The First Ideal
To identify is to associate an object with a context. Who am I? If I knew you wouldn't exist.
What am I? Nothing, everything and neither. Am I? If You are. Are you? Nope. I am Supreme but
not superior to you, for I am God. Confused? It's OK. Offended? It's hilarious!
I am the rush of intellectual rivers dissolving into seas of innocence - an eternal moment in passing that
shall never pass, for its associated event has no reality. Nothingness alone is the source and sink of this
infinite tumult of peace. Chanting "I Am" I swirl eternally, never tiring. In this stillness beyond eternal motion
I am Not. It is the Silence after "I am" that Is.
My name is Aditya Varun Chadha. I was born on the 23rd of October, 1981 in New Delhi, India.
Being born to Omkar and Anjula has been an honour. Life has been good to me, and that has
made me arrogant (of which fact I am proud). I pride in my being minimally biased
on most issues.
Ajaativaada (creationless non-dualism) is my source of spiritual pleasure. | Tat Tvam Asi |
(That You Are) is the closest that Upanishadic thought can come to describing what you may call my
'religion.' I do not believe in prostrating to any "God" seperate from me. I believe in the ultimate unity of
substratum of all existence. Call it brahman, or call it mass-energy.
Gaudapada fascinates me.
